Catholic Social Services is recruiting a full time Team Leader II for its recent Family Preservation program. This position provides supervision to workers delivering 24/7 intensive in-home support throughout central Saskatchewan. Services include crisis intervention, addictions support, mental health assistance, parenting skills, advocacy, mentorship, and community referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide supervision to Family Enrichment Workers
- Coordinate recruitment and worker training activities
- Deliver crisis support across program services
- Provide direct support to families when required
- Travel across assigned central Saskatchewan communities

Requirements:

- Human Services diploma, degree, or equivalent
- Two years working with emotional and behavioral needs
- Experience providing crisis intervention
- Supervisory experience considered an asset
- Clear driver's abstract and valid Class 5 license
