Overview

As a Healthcare Aid, you will provide respectful, practical support that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily routines. You will assist with personal care and household tasks while following each person’s preferences and established care instructions. Your attentive support helps individuals feel protected and enables colleagues to coordinate consistent care.prefer a woman.

Responsibilities

- Assist with caregiving and senior care, including daily routines for individuals with disabilities.
- Support dementia care with patience, clear communication, and attention to comfort and safety.
- Help with meal preparation, cleaning, and home care tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Provide medication administration in accordance with established care instructions and procedures.





Skills Required: Practical caregiving skills, patience, clear communication, and attention to individual preferences are important for supporting daily routines, maintaining a clean environment, and following care instructions carefully.

Preferred: Assisted living experience, nursing home experience, senior care, dementia care, medication administration, home care, meal preparation, cleaning, or experience working with individuals with disabilities can help you contribute confidently across varied care settings.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
