This Senior Account Manager manages partner relationships supporting GreenShield Administration's claims adjudication capabilities. You will coordinate business areas, shared service partners, and clients to deliver commitments and develop client-focused solutions. Success includes managing a business block, supporting renewals, and contributing to integrated sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate teams to meet client commitments and service agreements
- Manage issues through resolution and escalate service challenges appropriately
- Develop annual Account Management Plans for designated accounts
- Support RFI and RFP responses for new business
- Participate in additional product and service strategies
Requirements:
- Five years of account management or account executive experience
- Proven success managing and growing a block of business
- Extensive customer service and health benefits experience
- Effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
