As a Dispatcher, you connect drivers, internal teams, and customers while managing service orders and daily challenges. The work includes scheduling service, dispatching calls, tracking productivity, and recording service data. You will collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, and maintenance personnel to support established policies and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service and accommodate customer changes
- Dispatch calls according to routes and driver locations
- Check in drivers and review route paperwork

Requirements:
- One to two years in transportation, dispatch, or customer service preferred
- Understanding of TDG requirements and waste manifests
