Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Communications, this junior communications role supports internal and external deliverables across Definity. You will collaborate with communicators and business partners while creating content, monitoring media, and measuring engagement. Financial services interest is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft communication materials and coordinate deliverables for communication plans
- Create, edit, and proofread audience-focused content across channels
- Publish newsletters, intranet content, social media, and announcements




- Conduct media monitoring and maintain media tracking reports
- Analyze reporting, research, and feedback to support recommendations

Requirements:

- At least two years of communication experience
- Content planning and creation capabilities supporting storytelling and engagement
- Experience with integrated multichannel communication teams
- Project management, channel planning, and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary degree in communications or a related discipline
