Umbrella Design is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a project exceeding $100M. You will lead delivery from preconstruction through occupancy and closeout. The role requires high rise residential experience, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety
- Lead the Site Superintendent and Project Manager
- Manage contracts, consultants, procurement, and trade awards
- Coordinate design, permits, approvals,



and constructability reviews
- Oversee commissioning, occupancy, turnover, and closeout

Requirements:

- 12+ years in construction, including five senior years
- High rise residential project delivery experience
- Track record delivering projects over $100M
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- Engineering, construction management, or related diploma preferred
