Job Overview The Hindi Speaking Health Care Aide- Northside provides respectful, person-centered support to individuals with varied care needs. The role combines daily assistance, household tasks, and communication in Hindi to help people maintain comfort, dignity, and routines.

Duties

- Assist with patient care, senior care, caregiving, and daily activities, adapting support for individuals with disabilities or dementia.
- Support meal preparation, cleaning, and other home care tasks while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.
- Provide medication administration and nursing-related support within the role’s assigned responsibilities and care plan.
- Offer compassionate support in assisted living, nursing home, or hospice care settings, including safe heavy lifting when needed.

Experience Required: Practical patient-care, caregiving, communication, and protected assistance skills are important for supporting daily needs and following care plans. Preferred: Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, senior care, hospice, dementia care, home care, or working with individuals with disabilities is valuable, along with meal preparation, cleaning, nursing, medication administration, and heavy lifting experience.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
