About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of People & Talent to build and lead its global talent and people strategy. The role owns recruitment from workforce planning through onboarding, including personally hiring for senior and hard-to-fill positions and building talent pipelines across business functions. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the Head of People & Talent will advise on organizational design, succession planning, team effectiveness, and workforce needs.



Responsibilities also include developing international people operations, compensation and performance frameworks, career development practices, and employee experiences that support a distributed workforce.

Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience across talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership, ideally in a high-growth technology business. They need a robust record of personally recruiting exceptional talent, partnering with senior executives, and supporting teams across multiple countries and employment jurisdictions. Experience with international employment models, compensation structures, performance processes, and onboarding is important. The role calls for commercial judgment, strong communication and influencing skills, a proactive hands-on approach, and comfort with modern HR and recruiting technology, including AI and automation. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
