This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about youth ministry and dedicated to helping students find their purpose. You will work under the Assistant Pastor to provide administrative support and execute impactful events that nurture students' spiritual lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of youth ministry activities
- Coordinate volunteer engagement for services and events
- Assist with ministry communications and resources
- Create meaningful and engaging service experiences
- Foster authentic relationships with students during ministry
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in ministry, education, or administration
- Preferring educational background in theology or ministry
- Solid leadership and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Familiarity with ministry software and technology
