You will work with pursuit managers, consultants, practice leaders, sales teams, designers, and account teams. The role also builds knowledge of Aon's Wealth, Health, and Risk offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex solutions into client-focused proposal content
- Ensure strategy appears consistently across final documents
- Develop value proposition messages with subject matter experts
- Support account teams with presentation materials
- Coordinate assignments and determine project delivery methods

Requirements:

- Solid communication skills in English and French
- Experience producing oral presentation deliverables
