This entry-level coordinator supports textile sampling, sales operations, product development, and collection launches. You will work with the Creative Director and Sales Manager while learning the industry. Solid spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and comfort with digital platforms are essential for accurate product and sample records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare fabric sample kits, collection launches, and presentations
- Assemble chain sets, ring sets, road kits, and displays
- Maintain digital sample inventory and product information
- Coordinate swatches, labels,



colour rotations, and layouts
- Inspect incoming fabrics and update development trackers

Requirements:

- Interest in textiles, fashion, interiors, or material design
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Accurate data entry across spreadsheets and digital platforms
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Illustrator
- Highly organized, curious, accountable, and eager to learn
