Job Overview

As a Home care Aide, you will support people in their homes with daily care and routines. You’ll help individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while providing dependable assistance tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care and daily activities, including safe mobility and heavy lifting when needed.
- Prepare meals, support medication administration, and provide patient care in line with individual instructions.
- Help with cleaning and household routines, and offer attentive senior care, dementia care, or hospice care as appropriate.
- Communicate observations and changes to the care team to support consistent care. Your impact: Thoughtful, reliable assistance helps clients feel safer and better supported at home.





Requirements Required: Practical caregiving skills, patience, clear communication, and the ability to assist with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and safe mobility. Preferred: Experience in home care, assisted living, or a nursing home, along with senior care, hospice care, dementia care, nursing, or patient care experience; experience supporting individuals with disabilities and medication administration is also valued.

Pay: $19.85-$23.14 per hour
