Provide personal care in Winnipeg as a Health Care Aide with WRHA Community Health Services, using communication and critical thinking skills. This in-person role supports home care clients.

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for the H1 River Heights Team. You will provide protected, effective personal care while respecting comfort, privacy, and dignity. The work includes communicating with clients, families, and coworkers, organizing workload, and responding to simultaneous demands. Experience supporting individuals with physical or cognitive impairments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, effective personal care to clients
- Respect individual comfort, privacy, and dignity




- Communicate verbally and in writing with care teams
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Travel between clients' homes as required

Requirements:
- Complete a recognized Health Care Aide course
- Hold a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
- Access a reliable vehicle or travel year-round
- Use basic MS Word and Outlook skills
- Work shifts, weekends, and independently or collaboratively
