The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for its Home Care Program and V1 Downtown Team. This in-person, 0.60 FTE position supports clients while considering comfort, privacy, and respect. The work requires organization, critical thinking, computer skills, and independent or team-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide secure, effective personal care to clients
- Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Transfer and transport patients and equipment
- Travel between clients' homes as required

Requirements:
- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Experience supporting physical or cognitive impairments preferred
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Basic Cardiac Life Support training may be required
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and physically demanding duties
