As a Home Support Worker, you help people maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their homes. You provide practical daily support tailored to each person’s needs and routines, while communicating respectfully with individuals and their families.

Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care, daily routines, mobility, and protected transfers, including heavy lifting when appropriate.
- Prepare meals, support medication administration as directed, and provide attentive patient care.
- Help with household cleaning and maintain a safe, tidy living environment.
- Offer companionship and adapt support for senior care, dementia care, hospice care, and individuals with disabilities.

Requirements Required: Practical caregiving skills, clear communication, patience, attention to personal dignity, and the ability to assist with home care, meal preparation, cleaning, and mobility needs. Follow care instructions carefully and handle medication support responsibly. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, or home care experience, along with exposure to nursing, patient care, senior care, hospice care, dementia care, or supporting individuals with disabilities.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
