Turner Hospitality Group runs a group of distinctive restaurants across Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Thornbury - rustic Italian at Magnone's and Polpette, Asian fusion at Mother Tongue, French at Poppy's. Scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, real hospitality.

We're hiring Hosts and Food Runners for the winter season, with permanent and seasonal opportunities available.

We're looking for people who are welcoming, attentive and ready to keep a busy service running smoothly.

The Role

As a Host, you'll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and help keep the front door organized through busy service. As a Food Runner, you'll deliver dishes accurately and efficiently, communicate with the kitchen and service team, and help keep tables moving smoothly.

In either role, you'll play an important part in the guest experience, support your team and maintain high standards for service, cleanliness and organization.

What you Bring

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is an asset
- A welcoming attitude and genuine interest in hospitality




- Strong communication and a team-first approach
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy workplace
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
