You will manage claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and collections for a U.S.-based mental health practice, primarily using eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a remote setup.

Responsibilities include reviewing claims, correcting denials, applying ICD-10/CPT codes, communicating with patients and payers, and generating billing reports.
