Strong skills in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting support facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect buildings and equipment across various Quebec sites
- Record regular equipment maintenance and participate in planning
- Diagnose breakdowns, identify causes, and propose solutions
- Complete repairs, replacements, and minor renovation work




- Manage inventory and supplier and contractor relationships

Requirements:

- Three to five years' building maintenance experience
- Technical diploma or skill cards considered an asset
- Valid driver's license and frequent travel availability
- Strong electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills
- Autonomy, emergency management, communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills
