Own full product lifecycles for datacenter platforms as an in-person Principal Software Engineer. Apply system architecture, automation, and security expertise. The One Person, One Project culture places ownership across architecture, development, customer trials, field issues, sustainability, validation, and automation. Your work may include rack management control software, embedded Linux and Yocto, OpenBMC, ZephyrOS, secure boot, networking, telemetry, and multi-processor systems. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary engineers, partner teams, and support groups including Manufacturing, Customer Support, Compliance, Safety, and Sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

Own design and delivery across the complete product lifecycle Drive validation, automation,

Engineering bachelor’s degree with 12+ related years Lifecycle ownership of complex products through production Datacenter networking, switching, and NIC architecture knowledge Experience with Secure Boot, u-boot, and RoT architectures Small-team leadership or proven technical mentoring experience Lead Broadcom platform development through architecture, security, automation, and cross-functional lifecycle ownership.
