Drive digital transformation governance at ABB in a hybrid role, coordinating strategic programs, portfolio visibility, and delivery across global teams. As Digital Transformation Program Lead, you will govern EL Service initiatives within ABB Electrification Service. You will coordinate planning, execution, reporting, and delivery while supporting organizational change. The role partners with digital product, engineering, regional, global, service, and senior leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee strategic digital program planning, execution, governance, and delivery Track OKRs, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance Provide program reporting and insights to senior leadership Manage governance frameworks, decisions,



and escalation paths Drive change initiatives and continuous delivery improvements Requirements:

10+ years in program management, project management, or PMO leadership Experience with digital transformation, software delivery, or product development Advanced governance, reporting, and portfolio management knowledge Experience managing global programs, teams, budgets, risks, and dependencies Degree in business, engineering, information technology, or related discipline Apply digital program governance, portfolio management, and change leadership to advance ABB Electrification Service transformation globally.
