You will guide employee relations programs, assess emerging trends, and advise Distribution Centre leaders on people-related issues. Human resources, industrial relations, or related experience Experience supporting multiple sites and sizable workforces Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency Robust attention to detail and project management Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners Lead employee relations advisory work through practical guidance, consistent programs, leader coaching, and proactive people risk management.
