Lead Pacific Link recruitment strategy and workforce planning as Manager, Talent Acquisition in Calgary, working full time in-office. Shape inclusive hiring through data-informed sourcing. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Programs, you will lead Trans Mountain’s Pacific Link recruitment team. The work spans high-volume, specialized, time-sensitive, Indigenous, and contingent workforce hiring. You will partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, project teams, Indigenous Relations, Compensation, Legal, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Translate workforce requirements into recruitment strategies and hiring plans Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding coordination Build pipelines through direct sourcing and Indigenous talent networks Monitor recruitment metrics,



pipeline health, and hiring risks Coach teams and allocate resources across project priorities Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related HR experience 5+ years leading recruitment teams or comparable functions Experience with high-volume, specialized, Indigenous, or contingent hiring Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics Bring strategic workforce planning, inclusive sourcing, and recruitment leadership to Trans Mountain’s Pacific Link team in Calgary.
