- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Global Payroll and Time & Attendance implementations.
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll and workforce management solutions.
- End-to-end business process sessions to identify whether the system supports the “to be” design or has system limitations and gaps.
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and workforce management practices across multiple regions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and practical solution designs.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and client stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with leading payroll and workforce management platforms in Ceridian Dayforce.
- Experience designing integrations and managing large-scale transformation or implementation projects.
- Ability to lead client workshops, provide strategic recommendations, and influence solution decisions.
