Role Description The Inventory Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in North Vancouver, BC. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and tracking merchandise, and proper product placement on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Day-to-day tasks include processing inbound shipments, verifying counts against purchase orders, labeling and tagging products, and updating inventory systems. The Inventory Specialist will create inventory in our POS sytem and ensuring oroper data migration to our on-line store.



This role also supports store appearance and safety standards by maintaining clean, orderly storage areas and assisting with merchandising and seasonal transitions. As we are a family store the succesful candidate must be comfortable working with children

Qualifications

- Experience with inventory management, stock control, and basic data entry or point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting boxes, moving merchandise, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams.
- Previous retail, warehouse, or logistics experience is an asset; knowlege of skiing and or snowbiarfing is necessary
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory, supply chain, or retail operations is an advantage.
