Role Description This is a full-time, in office Car Salesperson role located in Langley, BC. The Car Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and presenting suitable new and pre-owned options. Daily tasks include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing sales documentation, and following up with prospective and existing customers. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, keeping the showroom and lot organized,



and collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth purchasing process. The Car Salesperson is expected to support customer satisfaction and retention through professional, transparent communication and service.
Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport and trust.
- Experience or strong interest in Automotive Sales, with the ability to learn vehicle features and market trends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets ethically.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and CRM tools for managing leads and sales records.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to conduct test drives safely.
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer service is an asset but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by dealership operations.
