Job Summary The Hotel Night Auditor supports smooth overnight hotel operations by balancing guest service with accurate front desk and audit work. This role welcomes guests, responds to inquiries, and completes overnight records so the incoming team can begin the day with clear, reliable information.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide attentive guest services throughout the night.
- Answer calls using multi-line phone systems, applying professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Review and reconcile daily transactions, prepare accurate reports, and organize records for the next shift.
- Respond to guest requests and coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain a welcoming hospitality environment.

Experience

Required:



Strong customer service, front desk, and communication skills, with careful attention to detail and the ability to manage guest requests while completing accurate overnight records. Preferred: Hotel experience, familiarity with multi-line phone systems, and bilingual or multilingual communication skills that help serve a diverse range of guests. Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
