Okanagan Premier is hiring full time and part time housekeepers.

This job is located at Big White Mountain. This seasonal position runs from November/early December to mid April. Working hours are generally between 930am and 530pm.

We have limited spots available in our staff accommodation! These spots are reserved for those who will be working full time hours.

We specialize in high-end Vacation Rentals and are seeking mature and driven individuals who execute strong attention to detail.

Applicants must possess strong self-motivation to work independently, have a flexible schedule, a smartphone, and be reliable.

Role description:

- Responsible for cleaning assigned homes according to company standards to ensure a clean environment for guests and fellow staff members.
- Duties include cleaning floors, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting surfaces throughout a home.
- You should have excellent housekeeping skills, positive communication and the ability to follow instructions.
- You should have a heightened level of awareness and attention to detail.
- The job also requires a certain level of physical strength, so the ideal candidate will be fit enough to walk and bend for extended periods. You may also have to lift heavy items, climb stairs,



make bunk beds, and lift and carry bags of linens
- You should be adept at time management because you must quickly prepare rooms before guests check in.
- Another attribute of a great Housekeeper is uniformity. You should be able to recreate the same settings with little or no supervision.
- We do ask for professional references.

Applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered. Paid training and all necessary cleaning supplies are provided.
