This is a great chance for a hands-on, relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and supporting both employees and leaders.

Location: Toronto, ON Work model: Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote Salary: $70,000–$90,000 A few highlights of the scope: Employee Relations, investigations, conflict resolution and performance management Coaching and supporting managers on employee matters Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Employee engagement initiatives and Employee Opinion Surveys Talent development and succession planning HRIS administration,
