Shape Oracle HCM solutions through requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and configuration. This full-time Manager role is remote in the U.S. or Canada. Huron seeks a consulting Manager to lead Core HR workstreams across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. You will guide clients through system familiarization, solution design, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. The position requires functional application expertise and solid analytical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct system familiarization and requirements-gathering activities Perform fit-gap analysis and design Oracle Cloud solutions Configure, test, and support Core HR implementations Ensure integration across Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Manage client stakeholders and advise on solutions Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience Five to seven years in consulting Core HR implementations Experience as a functional application specialist End-to-end implementation experience with Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM Ability to contribute across multiple project scales and durations Bring Oracle Cloud HCM functional expertise, analytical problem-solving, and implementation leadership to Huron’s consulting practice.
