We are seeking a dedicated and experienced G2 GAS LICENSED (TSSA certified) HVAC Lead Hand to oversee daily operations and provide guidance to team members in a dynamic work environment. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a cooperative team atmosphere.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, employee performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices within the team.

Skills

- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.




- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for transparent interaction with team members and management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on operational goals.

Pay: $26.00-$43.00 per hour
