Shape AI-powered engineering workflows at Vanta using software engineering and developer experience expertise. This role is based in Canada with flexible work hours and location. As a Senior Software Engineer on Vanta’s AI DX team, you will build foundations for more autonomous software development. You will design reliable systems, improve developer tooling, and evaluate AI-enabled workflows. The work combines infrastructure, AI systems, product judgment, and direct collaboration with engineers. You will use real usage evidence to improve quality, reliability, and adoption.
