This regular, full-time role owns Enercare’s current and future AI-powered customer interactions across outbound and inbound channels. You will define product vision, roadmap, objectives, and prioritized backlogs. The role translates customer, business, and operational problems into requirements and acceptance criteria. It also uses performance data and feedback to guide decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Three to five-plus years in product ownership or management Bachelor’s degree in a related technical, business, or analytics field Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills Experience working in Agile environments, with Scrum required Conversational AI, IVR, APIs, or integrations knowledge is an asset Bring product ownership, analytics, and stakeholder leadership to Enercare’s evolving Conversational AI experiences in Markham.
