Lead complex transportation design at Consor through technical leadership, roadway engineering, and multidisciplinary coordination in a hybrid office and field setting. As a Senior Roadway Design Engineer, you will guide roadway, highway, complete streets, and multimodal projects from concept through construction. Your work includes geometric layouts, alignments, corridor modeling, grading, drainage coordination, traffic plans, and construction documentation. You will apply advanced engineering judgment while supporting compliant, constructible deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Lead roadway, highway, and multimodal transportation design delivery Oversee alignments, corridor modeling, grading, and engineering analyses Review plans, specifications, calculations, reports,



and design packages Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and technical resources Mentor junior engineers and support proposals and pursuits Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering 10+ years of roadway and highway design experience Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) Advanced proficiency in MicroStation OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D Experience leading complex transportation infrastructure projects Apply advanced roadway engineering, technical oversight, and team leadership to deliver complex transportation infrastructure projects for Consor.
