MWS Canada is recruiting experienced Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians for the 2027 blade repair season. The senior technician performs complex composite repairs, leads rope access operations, and maintains safe work systems. The role also includes risk assessments, repair planning, documentation, and mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technicians. Work occurs at various Canadian locations, including remote sites. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair composite blades, edges, erosion, and cracks Perform rope access operations under IRATA standards Supervise rope teams and protected work systems Lead risk assessments and enforce HSE procedures Mentor junior technicians and complete accurate reports Requirements:
