This frontline role supports Women Children’s & Respiratory Services. Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, the Program Manager oversees the Respiratory Program at RDRHC. The position requires Respiratory Therapy expertise, formal or informal leadership, and recent acute care experience. You will maintain best practice standards, support quality patient care, and advance clinical and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Accredited two-year Respiratory Therapy program graduate Successful completion of the CBRC National Examination Active CARTA registration and membership in good standing Minimum five years progressive Respiratory Therapy experience One to two years formal or informal leadership experience Use Respiratory Therapy leadership, communication, and resource management skills to guide quality care at RDRHC.
