Blacksmith Agency seeks a VP of Business Development for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first contact through signed contracts. You will close deals that cover multiple locations, guided by a sales development team, with inbound leads feeding qualified meetings. You will drive end-to-end cycles with ownership-level stakeholders, expanding locations and services as groups sign on. This is a remote, individual-contributor role with no direct reports.
