Shape integration strategy at MaintainX by applying REST APIs and systems architecture across pre-sales customer conversations. This role supports English-speaking markets. As the first dedicated Solutions Architect for Integrations, you will connect Sales with the post-sales Integrations team. You will translate enterprise integration requirements into scoped blueprints, effort estimates, and handoff materials. Your work covers ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other systems connecting to MaintainX. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Account Executives during pre-sales cycles Lead technical discovery with prospects and stakeholders Produce scope documents and data-flow diagrams Represent integration complexity in deal reviews Deliver demos and proof-of-concept integrations Requirements:
Four or more years in client-facing technical roles Deep familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks Knowledge of OAuth and up-to-date integration patterns Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato Ability to scope work and estimate effort Apply integration architecture, technical discovery, and estimation expertise to support MaintainX customers and sustainable deal execution.
