Immigration Sales Counselor –

About the role

Commonwealth Migration Group is a CICC-regulated Canadian immigration practice. We're looking for a sales consultant to speak with prospective clients, explain our services and turn enquiries into signed clients.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and follow up by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Run consultation calls and explain the services that fit each client's situation
- Present service options, fees and timelines clearly and honestly
- Take clients from enquiry to signed retainer and first payment
- Hand client details to our licensed RCIC for case assessment
- Keep the CRM up to date and meet monthly sales targets

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience as an immigration sales consultant or counsellor
- Solid knowledge of Inside Canada services: work permits, study permits, PGWP, PR (Express Entry, PNP), spousal sponsorship, visitor visas and extensions
- Solid communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working to targets
- Fluent English (Punjabi & Gujarati language is an asset)
