About Progress+

Progress+ is an in-home personal training and kinesiology service serving the GTA and Waterloo Region. We help clients with strength, mobility, alignment, injury prevention and active aging, all in the comfort of their own homes.

The role

We’re looking for a part-time t Full Time , In-Home Kinesiologist to assess clients, design safe and effective programs, and deliver sessions in clients’ homes. We provide the clients. You set your own availability, and we book clients into your open slots.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home assessments and demo sessions, including posture, movement, mobility and pain-point screening
- Design and deliver personalized exercise programs for clients, including seniors and clients with injuries or alignment concerns
- Teach safe movement, and help clients understand what to avoid as well as what to do
- Track progress and keep clients motivated through our client group chats
- Keep your availability current in our scheduling app and show up on time, every time

Requirements





- Degree in Kinesiology or a related field (R.Kin registration is an asset)
- Experience working one-on-one with clients, ideally seniors or injury and rehab populations
- Reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within your area
- Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach
- Your own liability insurance
- A valid CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification is a plus

- Per-session pay of $40 with rate increases as clients extend their programs

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
