PHYT’S Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of the PHYT’S laboratories, is looking for an Independent Sales Representative to be the face of our brand among beauty institutes and spas in British Columbia and Alberta. Our business is growing fast, and we want a driven professional to help us establish our presence in Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

- Prospect and open new institute and spa partners in your territory
- Grow sales with partners through regular visits, follow-up and reorders
- Train partner staff on our skilled treatments and retail ranges
- Share field insights with our team: market needs, volumes and product feedback
- Track your accounts and pipeline in our CRM

What we’re looking for:

- Esthetics diploma
- B2B sales experience in professional cosmetics or beauty, ideally selling to institutes, spas or clinics
- Existing relationships with institutes and spas in BC and/or Alberta are a strong asset
- Strong prospecting, negotiation,



closing and account management skills
- Autonomous, organized and comfortable in an entrepreneurial, start-up-style environment
- Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers
- Fluent English (French is an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within your territory, and occasionally to our head office in Montreal and to our labs in France for training or seminars.
