U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to develop customers across Ontario.

Our primary focus is ultra-low temperature freezers (-80°C/-86°C), together with laboratory refrigerators, pharmacy/medical refrigerators, and related laboratory cold-chain equipment.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business with laboratories, universities, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, biotech, pharmaceutical, research, and healthcare organizations
- Build relationships with end users, procurement teams, laboratory managers, pharmacy teams, and other decision-makers
- Identify customer needs, upcoming equipment requirements, and current sales opportunities
- Follow up on quotations, active projects, and repeat business
- Coordinate with U TEAM on product selection, pricing, quotations, and order processing

Qualifications





- Experience in laboratory, life science, medical, pharmaceutical, scientific equipment, or B2B healthcare sales is preferred
- Existing industry relationships in Ontario are a strong asset
- Able to work independently and manage longer sales cycles
- Previous laboratory refrigeration experience is not required

U TEAM provides product sourcing, pricing, logistics, tender support, and order fulfillment.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor sales position compensated primarily through commission.

Additional market-development support may be available for experienced candidates with established industry relationships.

Remote and flexible.
