This coordinator role connects housing services with community and culture. You will work alongside case managers, landlords, housing providers, and community partners.

Responsibilities include housing placement, rental supports, move-in coordination, tenancy retention, conflict resolution, reporting, and collaboration with Elders and Knowledge Keepers. Help relatives find, secure, and maintain reliable housing Serve as a reliable bridge between tenants and landlords Resolve conflicts early to strengthen housing stability Three years' experience working with youth in case management Ability to build community cultural and professional connections Collaborative approach with residents, partners, Elders, and Knowledge Keepers Use housing navigation, tenancy coordination, and Indigenous community knowledge to strengthen stability and connection through McMan Calgary.
