Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a growing controls team and oversee projects from estimating through commissioning. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop controls engineers and technicians
- Oversee automation projects from estimating through commissioning
- Review designs, drawings, panel layouts, and technical documentation
- Approve estimates, change orders, and technical proposals




- Establish engineering standards and quality assurance processes Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or related discipline
- Ten or more years in industrial controls, automation, or electrical engineering
- Five or more years managing technical teams
- Knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, HMI, and SCADA systems
