Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Energy Management Specialist advances sustainability across manufacturing operations. This position develops energy programs, analyzes consumption data, assesses savings, and coordinates projects with Efficiency Manitoba, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Professional engineer with three plus years of relevant experience

Certified Engineering Technician with five plus years’ experience

Post-secondary education with ten plus years’ experience

Knowledge of industrial processes and productive technologies

Financial analysis, project management, and communication skills
