Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic Operator (Millwright) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining welding machinery, ensuring the efficient running of production.

Responsibilities

- Operate wire welding machine (Schlatter) to fabricate parts
- Assist and work alongside machine operators
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Operate various power tools and equipment such as welding machines and machining tools
- Perform quality checks
- Set up mechanical equipment
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts
- Fabricate parts required during maintenance or set-up
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- Installing machinery and equipment

Skills

- Robust mechanical aptitude to build and assemble parts
- Proficiency in operating machinery and power tools
- Experience with welding, handling steel/metal , and machining
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics




- Competency in producing precise measurements
- Basic math skills for calculations related to production processes

Work Environment

Education and Experience

- Minimum 3 years of Industrial Maintenance/Millwright experience in a manufacturing environment. (Machine Operating, Programming, and Troubleshooting)
- A valid 433A Millwright License or any certificates/licenses in a related field (Preferred) ** Candidates without licenses will still be considered, if work experience exceeds minimum requirement.
- High School Diploma
