As a Senior Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end procurement activities for Engineering Track Maintenance Services. You will support safe, reliable rail operations through category strategies, complex RFx events, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. The work partners with Engineering, Mechanical, Operations, Finance, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities:
