Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Services, you will elevate client journeys, plan services, and strengthen commercial performance. The role combines leadership, coaching, brand partnerships, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Develop clienteling strategies that increase retention and lifetime value Plan haircare and skincare consultations, rituals, and diagnostics Manage bookings, budgets, logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships Train and coach teams on products,
