Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, oversee software development, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, Django, cloud technologies, and software architecture, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams.

Oversee the development of backend applications, APIs, and system integrations.

Drive software architecture, code quality, performance, and scalability.

Manage cloud-based development and deployments across GCP or Azure.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production support.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

10+ years of software engineering experience.

Solid programming experience with

Python

and backend development using Django and GraphQL.

Experience with

SQL, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery .

Hands-on experience with

GCP or Azure .

Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD .

Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and scalable application design.

Proven technical leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
