to support enterprise operations Experience within the

public sector, post-secondary, research, or education

industry Experience managing project scopes that include the

redesign and optimization or business processes, change management, and implementation support Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a program workplace with evolving priorities, emerging initiatives, and incomplete information Scope of project & Key Responsibilities: Implement a modern, cloud-based platform and associated business process improvements to support a full range of business operations Resource management (acquisitions, cataloguing, metadata, electronic resource management, and collections), circulation and fulfillment services, discovery and access of legacy data, analytics and reporting, and integrations with internal and third-party systems. Redesign and optimization of business processes, training, change management,



and implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the recent Cloud Services Platform Project planning, scheduling, and status reporting Governance coordination activities, including facilitation of governance meetings, decision tracking, escalation, and follow-up Development and maintenance of project artifacts (e.g. project plans, status reports, risk, issue and decision logs) Coordination with the vendor project manager and internal cross-functional teams to support the project across design, build, testing, training, integration, and go live readiness activities.
