Lead facilities improvement projects at Tekna through cost control, scheduling, and contractor coordination. Help maintain compliant, reliable buildings while limiting operational disruptions. The Building Project Manager reports to the Facilities Manager and coordinates infrastructure work with operational, maintenance, and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities span project objectives, budgets, timelines, contracts, and quality monitoring. You will also recommend interventions based on infrastructure conditions and support modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
